550 has been a great place to the staff are great and the amenities are solid. Maintenance is fast. The only critical point I would have would be surrounding the elevators - often it's quite a wait.

So far so good. Amenities are nice. My apartment is in good condition and I was glad to see that there is preventative maintenance done quarterly. The concierge team is great. Everyone I've encountered from staff, maintenance, and leasing has been very nice and helpful.

So far it’s been wonderful. The staff is amazing and very helpful/ accommodating. Especially Daleia, she has been my rock on my whole transition here from out of state! She truly is a powerful asset to this team and I feel at home here because of it. I’m very grateful. Thank you! Also, the people I’ve met in the building are so kind and friendly I think that’s because the staff does such a great job at creating a community atmosphere, allowing people to feel that community energy with one another. Location is good and concierges are very friendly. Maintenance staff is great too. Downside is it can get crowded in some amenities and the elevators in the tower elevators are annoying. When one is down for maintenance or when someone is moving in with one shut down it can take forever to get on the elevator.

I moved into Uptown 550 two weeks ago. So far, I am satisfied with my experience living here. The staff has been accommodating. My mattress was stolen from the mailroom and they reviewed the security camera footage until they located and returned it to me. I have also been very happy with the amenities here.

I’ve lived in Uptown 550 for almost two years now and my only real complaint is the elevator situation. The hot tub is great when it works and the resident events have gotten a lot better. My favorite thing about living in the tower is the concierge. Jalauni, Carrington, Thomas, Aulaun, and Dakota are absolutely wonderful. They are attentive and always bring a smile to my face.

Our experience here at Uptown500 has been great! Living here for about 6 years now (late 2018). The staff is great, our neighbors are like family. Maybe a few one of uncontrollable situations, but hey its a downtown area in a large city. Planning on staying for a long time.

Great experience overall, very clean and staff is very nice. The pool is very nice but small for my taste. Gym, sauna, steam room, and hot tub are all very nice amenities. My only complaint is that he elevator wait time can be a little long, especially when they're shut off for move-ins.

The apartments are spacious and bright, the 24-hour concierge staff is excellent, and the amenities are good, especially the pool. The neighborhood is dealing with more homeless, so the sidewalks nearby are covered in filth and garbage, but the complex is mostly neat. We are seeing more car break-ins in the garage despite the security gates. Parking is also a constant challenge. The rent has gone up too much, with additional frivolous fees and charges being levied so we won't renew, but did like our time here a lot.

The fitness centers are why we stay. The concierge staff is the next best part, they really do a great job with the residents. Pool area is lovely. Maintenance is pretty weak. The hot tub is never warm enough and often broken. The Freight elevator is broken way too often. They regularly block the B stairwell on B1 with recycle bins, total fire hazard. Apartment is nice, but has gotten too expensive so we will move before we renew. We pay for garbage service no one uses, exterminator that never seems to do anything, and utility fees are more than the water bill.

Everything is amazing-except guest parking, if there were more spots or maybe if they validated for parking across the street since the amount of spots isn’t enough for two buildings of residents (and the occasional people who probably park there with no guest pass and don’t get towed).

My resident experience so far has been great. Concierge has been kind, and residents are nice. However, during move in, my unit was not up to date. With dirt on the floors, multiple outlets not working, a broken microwave plate and chipping in the cabinets made me unsatisfied. I reported this to the leasing office and there hasn’t been a response.

Overall I loved my lease time at this property. The staff, candice, lance, and Christy, we're all amazing and always there to help whenever I needed it. The maintenance staff Jerome was great and was always there if there was an emergency. I didn't get a chance to use the amenities but they were very good and if I had a longer stay would love to have use them on the regular. The only reason I don't give a five-star review is because I had a roach problem that even after pest control bombed twice and I put out traps and boric acid they still seem to be coming in and coming back so that part wasn't very fun LOL

This is a great location and the 24-hour concierge team is very good. The amenities are nice, but often broken - the hot tub isn't hot and is often shut down. The times posted for the events are often incorrect, which frustrates us and other residents. The fire alarm goes off with false alarms, repeatedly. Our apartment floors are cracked with huge gaps and never get fixed, despite repeated requests to do so. The dishwasher has an error almost every time. The stairwell door is blocked by garbage, creating a safety and fire hazard. For the prices that were just jacked up, I would expect better.

I moved in around June 2022. I wanted to do a review regarding conceige and the community. The property of Uptown 550 has been consistently clean. The office has been great about answering questions and policies (I found it better with emails vs calls). The resident events that are held really help include all who attend. I’ve even gone alone sometimes and the staff are always very friendly as they try to acknowledge everyone, which is very important to me and doesn’t go unnoticed. Candice at conceige has been super! She goes above and beyond for residents. Always a smile, always getting things done quickly, again acknowledging ALL residents (even when busy-a quick wave). Some of the issues I’ve had she handles and does a f/u to inform me of the resolution. I see her trying with a “can do attitude” all the time. Consistency is key to all success and I hope the property manager knows they are on the right track. I would definitely recommend UT550 for those who are new to CLT.

Uptown 550 are modern apartments in a very good location. We lived here almost 2 years and never complained about the noise. Quiet and cultured neighbors, we always felt safe here. The management here is above all expectations. Ms. Kristy Vazquez is an extremely talented and helpful manager. She handles all matters on the spot with 100% success. She has never let us down. The work of the concierges is also at a very high level. Our favorite is Ms. Candice, who is a warm-hearted and very nice person. Helpful and always smiling. Also for owners of electric cars, a very big plus - the facility has 5 charging stations. Overall, I recommend this place because it is professional and really nice.

I've met three people from concierge and four people from the leasing office assisted me in simplifying my job relocation down here to Charlotte, NC. It was no small task and the greatest stress in my mind was finding a new home that was beautiful, quiet, clean, and bright. This living community is absolutely phenomenal. The neighbors are friendly, the staff is absolutely amazing, and the community is top tier. It is always clean and smells amazing thanks to the kind and wonderful staff. Although we are in the heart of the city, you can barely hear anything and NEVER hear the neighbors. I forget that I live in an apartment complex. Also, the concierge is welcoming, a breath of fresh air, and a delight to be in the presence of. Best decision I ever made was moving to this community.

Extremely nice community with awesome amenities. Everyone is very friendly and the place is very safe and secure. Concierge is always very fast and helpful. Front desk made moving in very easy. My favorite part of the complex is the hot tub, sauna, and steam room.

Have been here for 1.5 years - still loving it here for the most part. Have noticed that front desk staff have turned over a lot in the past 6 months which makes me sad 😭 have noticed a down tick in events (bring back music bingo!!) and fewer notices but still enjoy them when we can make it.

I'm so happy with my decision to move to 550 Uptown. The amenities are amazing and they know how to throw an event. One of my favorite parts about the building is how helpful and welcoming the Concierge Team is. Deedee is always showing my dog love and has gone above and beyond to be helpful on several occasions. The maintenance team was very responsive and helpful when I needed them and keep the common areas in top condition. Highly recommend!

We've been here 2.5 years and really like it. The amenities are very nice, especially the pool and the gym. Having the 7x24 hour concierge is important, and they are all helpful. Parking has gotten very challenging and the smell of garbage is overpowering, but otherwise it is a great place.

Things are going well, though not having a coffee bar (went from 24/7 access to cold brew to not being sure when someone works there) is a bit of a loss. Appreciate all the resident events though, as it helps build a community feeling. Also appreciate our fantastic and friendly concierge team!

It’s a nice community and most of the concierge is great, Candace is the absolute best. Rhoda can be snarky and is really not solution oriented. We had an issue when she misplaced our key and parking pass when our dog walkers dropped them off and she was less than helpful. Her first suggestion was to call the police. We ended up bringing this up to the office and Taylor, the other concierge that was there, was able to find out what happened and located the keys. Other than that, the only issue is that the hallways could be carpet cleaned more, there are dog pee spots everywhere. The events are wonderful and the bartenders on bar nights are great as well. The gym and sauna are well taken care of too.

Uptown 550 is mostly great - amenities are unparalleled for the area, the staff is amazing, kind, and helpful. Connor, Nia, and Lance really stand out and make this place feel like home. Maintenance is super efficient and speedy. So despite having a few apartment issues, problems have been resolved quickly. The only consistent complaint is the lack of mask mandates.With the recent boost in Omicron variants, building management says nothing - and to be clear, folks like Connor and Nia or Lance shouldn’t demand compliance. Needs to come from very high up.

The staff are wonderful. The amenities are some of the best I have come across. I am very sad that the cold brew is only available during the times Ty is there, I work odd hours so the cold brew was my favorite! I have been frustrated at times when the butterfly doors aren’t working or when the keyless entry pads aren’t charged and working. Recently I have noticed a family with young children move in. I understand it’s hard to police peoples parenting, but a barefoot child on a scooter with his unleashed dog going to the dog park is not something I want to deal with, especially at 8 am on a Sunday. This is a new issue but so far has happened several times. Overall it’s been fun living here but some small stuff has made it a bummer at times

This is our first apartment in Charlotte, and we couldn't have picked a better place! The amenities are amazing, always really clean, the concierge and leasing office are helpful, and our apartment is spacious. The only thing that I would say is that the maintenance is really slow...

The amenities and service is excellent! I had a few issues the first few days when I moved in and had trouble getting in contact with someone for assistance initially but once I was able to get ahold of the property manager, these issues were fixed in a very timely manner! It’s a very clean and quiet place to live. Would absolutely recommend!

Location is good, apartment is nice, good amenities. Maintenance is AWFUL! Building doors never work, hot tub is rarely warm or working, maintenance requests result in a visit with no action or resolution. Garbage piles up in the trash room. Safety/security isn't great. Really appreciate the events, and several concierges are excellent!

It is a great place to live. Amenities are amazing and it is close to a ton of restaurants downtown. Concierge service is top notch. I do wish the elevator went down less.

Like I was saying the hallways really need to be cleaned. The dog pee smell is terrible and is embarrassing that it has not been handled yet.

This is by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in since moving to Charlotte. The community is friendly. Low noise volume besides the sirens which is to be expected living in the city.

I must say that I am very impressed with the new changes that management has implied in the past month to make Uptown550 better than ever. There is a quick turnout with maintenance requests, the entire concierge team is always on their A-game, the social events are very well thought out and put together so seamlessly ( such a great networking opportunity as well!). I am low key obsessed with their cleaning ladies who go above and beyond to ensure that all common areas are in tip-top shape esp with COVID19 still lingering around - you literally can walk down the hallways and smell their clean fragrance signature. I moved out of a previous apartment that was filthy and I was constantly sick due to poor upkeep and since I moved here my ENT doctor was impressed how quickly my body responded to a clean environment ( its really matters!) Honestly, this place is totally worth it ! Thank you Uptown550 for everything!

The leasing office staff was great and very accommodating with my schedule and let us view the apartment multiple times so that we could make sure it was the one that we would be happy with. The halls in the tower are very clean. The concierge has been extremely helpful. Only concern is the mold/dirt building up on the covering over the leasing office that is right outside our windows. However multiple people said they are working on a solution so hopefully this can be fixed!

There Needs to be preventative care for apartments that are getting renewed. The leading office is hard to get a hold of but the concierge is wonderful and super helpful. Needs more guest parking to make for less crowded entrance

I thoroughly enjoy living at Uptown 550. The only downside is the broken elevators. Otherwise it is a great community. The staff are all wonderful. My only suggestion - get rid of the colorful string lights outside!

I love Uptown 550. Erica was extremely helpful and informative during my tour. The amenities are great, the maintenance is quick to respond, and I love all of the events that they put on. It is a really pet friendly community as well and the location is ideal. 5 stars!

So far after a week of living here, I have been nothing but pleased with the eagerness of the leasing staff to answer our questions and the maintenence staff in helping fix some early issues in the unit. I do wish we had some more information in the welcome packet regarding protocol's for trash, amenity usage, and package/mail pick up process -- because i certainly forgot the details since the tour. Also, instruction manuals for the home nest in the unit would be nice, as we had some issues getting it to set up properly. But overall, I'm very happy to live here and excited for all the events and amenities we get to enjoy.

Overall it’s an awesome place to live. The rent is competitive with other similar apartment complex’s in Charlotte but no one has the amenities or extras that we do. In addition it’s a clean place to live. I hope management continues to enforce their high living standards.

Great amenities and prime location. The staff is friendly and maintenance is very attentive. I enjoy being able to walk into Uptown and also the close proximity to Southend. The apartment spa and pool can't be beat!

The Northwood Raven staff at Uptown 550 is to knotch! I had the best experience with Mario and then Damon as I made my decision to move to Uptown 550. On move-in day, sadly the elevator went down due to the door being left open too long right before my 4-hour move-in window. It was down for 2 hours but Lance knew it was a challenge and immediately jumped in. Even though other movers had the elevator reserved until 7pm that evening, he was able to make accommodations for me to move in the larger furniture that I was not able to move-in earlier with the elevator outage. The community is beautiful and speaks for itself but the staff is truly the best!!

Living at Uptown 559 is a joy. The staff are eager to help when ever they can and kind. The location is is a dream with Whole Foods, restaurants and more with in walking distance. Not to mention having a bar on site. I love this place

Everyone has been amazing to us along this move in process. We had three hiccups the first day they could not find our storage key, second the mail box key didn't work and third the microwave wasn't working, but they have since corrected everything. I just wished they had more handicap parking.

Uptown 550 was a great choice to call home. The living spaces are absolutely beautiful with very modern appliances. The cabinets are my fave!!! This property is in a great location and has the best amenities any tenant could ask for. Can't wait to see how this place evolves.

Amazing amenities and great location. Concierge is very helpful. There is room for improvement in welcoming new residents - providing with property maps and community guidelines, such as instructions for throwing out trash, emergency number for the building, etc.
